These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of www.46dc.com and www.dineshkoyyalamudi.com (the “websites”), which I, Dinesh Koyyalamudi, operate personally.
By using the websites, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the websites.

3. What these Terms cover
These Terms apply to your use of the websites, including browsing and reading content, contact and business enquiries, newsletter sign-up, downloading media kits and documents, following links to social media and to FourSix46 ventures, and embedded content such as YouTube videos.
Paid consulting is different. Consulting booked and paid for through 46dc.com, including on the /book page, is provided by FourSix46 Global Ltd (company number 16712658), not by me personally, and is governed by the separate Consulting Terms and Cancellation & Refund Policy. Bookings are handled by Cal.com and payments by Stripe, which have their own terms. If these Terms and the Consulting Terms conflict about a consulting booking, the Consulting Terms apply.
4. Using the websites
You may use the websites only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- break any law or regulation;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the websites, their systems or data;
- introduce malware, viruses or other harmful code;
- interfere with the performance, availability or security of the websites;
- use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to copy or extract content, except search engine crawlers that follow the websites’ robots rules;
- use the websites to send or publish anything unlawful, abusive or defamatory.
5. Intellectual property
The content on the websites, including articles, essays, images, graphics, media kits, documents and the design of the websites, is owned by me or licensed to me.
“46DC” and related logos are my trade marks, whether registered or unregistered. FourSix46 and the names and logos of its ventures belong to their respective owners.
You may view the content and share links to it. You may quote short extracts with a credit and a link to the source page. You must not otherwise copy, republish, sell or modify the content, or use my name, trade marks or branding, without my written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
6. Information only, not advice
The content on the websites is general information. It is not legal, financial, investment, tax or professional advice for your situation, and you should not rely on it as the only basis for a decision.
Nothing on the websites is an offer to enter into a partnership, investment, advisory role or other business arrangement. Those need a separate written agreement.
The exception is paid consulting. When you book and pay for a consulting service, or accept a written consulting proposal and pay the deposit, you enter into a contract with FourSix46 Global Ltd under the Consulting Terms, and the prices and service descriptions on the consulting pages form part of that contract.
7. Enquiries
When you send an enquiry, please make sure the information you give is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract, partnership, agency or advisory relationship, and I may not be able to reply to every message.
8. Speaking and collaboration
Speaking engagements, collaborations and advisory roles are agreed separately in writing. Nothing on the websites is a confirmed engagement.
9. Newsletter
If you subscribe, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. How your data is used is explained in the Privacy Policy. Newsletter timing and frequency may vary.
10. Downloads and media
Media kits, press materials and other downloads are provided for reference and for reporting about me and my work. Any conditions stated with a download apply. Any other reproduction or distribution needs my written permission.
11. Links to other websites
The websites link to third-party websites, including social media and venture websites. I do not control them and am not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.
12. Availability
I work to keep the websites available and accurate, but I may change, suspend or withdraw them at any time, and I do not promise that they will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors or vulnerabilities.
13. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
The websites are provided free of charge for general information. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the websites or their content, and in particular for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, data or opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss. If you use the websites as a consumer, this does not affect your statutory rights.

14. Privacy and cookies
The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how personal data and cookies are used on the websites.
15. Changes to these Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date shown at the top of this page. Please check it when you return to the websites.
16. General
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest continues to apply. If I delay enforcing a right, I can still enforce it later.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep any protection given to you by the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
