In short
- Who you contract with: FourSix46 Global Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Dinesh Koyyalamudi (46DC) delivers the work as its director.
- How you pay: calls, sessions and audits are paid in full when you book. Projects are paid as a deposit of about half the price when you book the kickoff call or accept a proposal, and the balance on handover.
- Cancelling: cancel at least 24 hours before a call starts for a full refund. If you are a consumer you also have a 14-day right to cancel, explained in section 9.
- Results: we give you careful, expert work and honest advice, but nobody can guarantee search rankings, AI mentions or business results. See section 12.
- What you own: once you have paid in full, the final deliverables made for you are yours.
- If something goes wrong: email us and we will acknowledge within 2 working days. See section 21.
The full terms are below. The Cancellation & Refund Policy forms part of these terms. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
1. Who we are
46DC consulting services are provided by FourSix46 Global Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16712658, with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”). Dinesh Koyyalamudi delivers the work as the company’s director. We are not registered for VAT and we are not a member of any professional or regulatory body for this work.
Contact: dinesh@46dc.com
In these terms, “you” means the person or business booking or buying our services. If you book on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to agree to these terms for that business. You must be 18 or over to book.
2. Business clients and consumers
Most of our clients are founders and businesses. The law gives extra rights to consumers: individuals buying for purposes wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession. A founder buying for a business they run or are setting up is usually a business client. Where a section applies only to consumers or only to business clients, it says so.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights. For example, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 our services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill, and what we tell you about a service before you buy is binding on us.
3. What we offer
Fixed-price services, booked online
- Intro Call: a 30-minute video call to understand your situation and recommend a next step. It is a diagnosis, not a working session.
- Strategy Session: a 90-minute working session on one problem you choose, followed by a written action plan within 3 working days.
- GEO/AEO Visibility Audit: a 45-minute kickoff call, a written audit report (PDF) delivered within 7 working days of the later of the kickoff call and our receiving the information and access we ask for, and a 30-minute walkthrough call.
Projects
- Brand Strategy and Venture Structure can be started by booking a paid kickoff call on 46dc.com, which takes the deposit for the standard scope described on the service page: Brand Strategy £750 (₹22,500) deposit and £745 (₹22,499) balance, a total of £1,495 (₹44,999); Venture Structure £500 (₹15,000) deposit and £495 (₹14,999) balance, a total of £995 (₹29,999).
- Larger or different work is priced in a written proposal.
The service pages on 46dc.com describe what each service includes. If we send you a proposal or a scope confirmation, it describes the deliverables, timeline, price and what is not included, and it takes priority over the general descriptions on the website. If there is a conflict between these terms and a proposal, the proposal applies for that project.
4. How a contract is formed
- Services booked online (including project kickoff calls): the contract forms when you complete a booking on 46dc.com or our booking page and your payment is taken. Before you pay you are asked to confirm that you agree to these terms, and you can check and correct your details on the booking form. You then receive a confirmation email with the date, time and video link, and a separate email with a copy of these terms, the Refund Policy (including the model cancellation form) and the confirmations you gave when booking.
- Projects by proposal: the contract forms when you accept our written proposal (by email or e-signature) and pay the deposit invoice. We do not start work before the deposit has been received.
- Project kickoff bookings: after the kickoff call we confirm the scope in writing. If the work you need is bigger than the standard scope, we will quote the difference and you can accept it, keep to the standard scope, or cancel under the Refund Policy.
We may decline a booking, for example if the work is outside what we do or would create a conflict of interest. If we do, we refund you in full.
The version of these terms in force on the date your contract forms applies to that contract. We keep a record of which version you agreed to and when, and a copy of your contract, which we will send you on request.
5. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and in Indian rupees (INR). The rupee price is set separately and is not a live conversion from the pound price. INR prices are for clients based in India; everyone else pays the GBP price. The price shown is the total price: there are no booking or card fees on top.
- FourSix46 Global Ltd is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. If we register, VAT will be shown on prices and invoices from that date; bookings already paid will not change.
- Services booked online are paid in full by card when you book. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
- Projects are paid as a deposit before work starts and the balance on handover of the final deliverables, as shown in section 3 or in the proposal. Invoices are payable within 14 days by card or bank transfer.
- Your bank may charge you currency conversion or international payment fees. Those are between you and your bank.
Intro Call credit
If you book a paid service or project with us within 30 days of your Intro Call, the Intro Call fee is credited to you once. For a service paid in full at booking, we refund the Intro Call fee to your card within 14 days after that later service has taken place. For a project, we deduct it from the balance invoice. The credit cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Late payment
If a business client pays an invoice late, we may charge statutory interest and compensation under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, and we may pause work until the overdue amount is paid. If a consumer pays late, we will remind you first and may pause work until payment is made; we do not charge consumers late payment interest.
Clients outside the UK
Prices do not include any taxes, duties or bank charges in your own country that you are responsible for accounting for (for example, GST under the reverse charge in India). If the law requires you to withhold tax from a payment to us, you must tell us before paying and send us the official certificate for the amount withheld within 30 days, so that we can claim credit for it.
6. Booking, rescheduling and attendance
- Calls take place by video (Google Meet) at the time you book. Times are shown in your local time zone when you book.
- You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time, using the link in your confirmation email.
- If you have not joined within 10 minutes of the start time, the call counts as missed. We may offer one new time at our discretion.
- If we need to cancel or move a call, we will tell you as soon as we can and you can choose a new time or a full refund.
- We only record a call if we both agree at the start of that call. If we record, we use the recording only to deliver your work, and we delete it when the work ends unless you ask us to keep it. You must not record a call without our agreement.
7. Cancelling a booking
How cancellations and refunds work is set out in full in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. In summary:
- Cancel a call, session or kickoff call at least 24 hours before it starts: full refund.
- Cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or miss the call: no refund for an Intro Call or Strategy Session. For an audit or project kickoff we keep £149 (₹9,999) and refund the rest. If you are a consumer, your 14-day right in section 9 applies instead where it gives you more.
- If we cancel: full refund or a new time, your choice.
8. How we do the work
We carry out our services with reasonable care and skill, in line with good practice for brand, business and search visibility consulting, and within the times we tell you. If we cannot meet a time we gave you, we will tell you as soon as we know and agree a new one with you.
9. Your 14-day right to cancel (consumers only)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days of the day it was formed, without giving a reason. To cancel, email dinesh@46dc.com with a clear statement that you are cancelling. You can use the model cancellation form in the Refund Policy, but you do not have to. You only need to send it before the 14 days end.
- If you cancel within 14 days and the service has not started, we refund everything you paid.
- If you book a call for a date within those 14 days, or ask us to start work within them, we will ask you to confirm that you want us to start early. If you then cancel within the 14 days, we refund what you paid less a proportionate amount for the service actually provided up to the time you told us you were cancelling, worked out from the total price.
- If a service is fully provided within the 14 days at your request (for example, the call has taken place, or the audit report and walkthrough have been delivered), you lose the right to cancel it, because you asked us to start early and confirmed when booking that you understood this.
We refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, to the payment method you used, without any fee. This right does not apply to business clients.
10. Projects: how the work runs
- The proposal or scope confirmation sets out the deliverables, timeline and number of review rounds. Work outside it is quoted separately before we do it.
- We share work in stages so you can give feedback before anything is final. Please give feedback within 5 working days of each stage, or tell us if you need longer.
- Timelines assume you provide information, access and feedback on time. If you are delayed, the timeline moves by the same amount.
- If you pause a project for more than 30 days, we may invoice for the work done so far. When you are ready to restart, we will agree a new timeline with you.
- Handover includes a walkthrough call and the final files. We offer a follow-up check-in 2 to 4 weeks after handover.
11. What we need from you
- Accurate and complete information about your business, and answers to the booking questions.
- Timely access to anything we need, such as your website, analytics, social profiles or brand files, and permission to use them for the work.
- Confirmation that any materials you give us are yours to share, and that using them for your project will not infringe anyone else’s rights.
- Decisions and feedback within the timelines agreed.
We are not responsible for delays or problems caused by information or access we did not receive, or by information that was inaccurate.
12. No guaranteed results
We will be honest about what we think will work and what we cannot know. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including search rankings, being named or described in any way by AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude or Google’s AI answers), website traffic, sales, funding or business success.
Search engines and AI assistants are run by third parties who change how they work without notice, and results also depend on how and when you put our recommendations into practice. What we can do is improve the signals they use and tell you plainly what is measured and what is not.
13. Not legal, tax, financial or trademark advice
Our work is business, brand and search visibility consulting. We are not solicitors, trademark attorneys, accountants or financial advisers, and nothing we provide is legal, tax, accounting, investment or regulated financial advice.
The Venture Structure service includes trademark filing and company setup checklists. They prepare you to file yourself or to brief a qualified professional. They do not replace professional advice, and we do not file trademarks or register companies on your behalf. Please take professional advice before relying on a checklist for a legal filing or decision.
14. Intellectual property
- Your materials stay yours. You give us permission to use them only to deliver the work.
- Final deliverables made specifically for you (for example, your positioning statement, brand strategy document, architecture map or audit report) become yours once you have paid in full for them: we assign to you the copyright and other rights in them (excluding our know-how below) and will sign any document reasonably needed to confirm this. Until then, you may use them only to review the work.
- Our know-how (our methods, frameworks, templates, checklists and general knowledge) stays ours. Where any of it appears in your deliverables, you receive a permanent, non-exclusive licence to use it as part of those deliverables for your own business. You may not resell or republish our templates or checklists as your own.
- You are responsible for checking and registering any name you choose. A name we suggest is not a guarantee that it is free to use or can be registered.
15. Confidentiality
We keep confidential everything you share with us that is not public, and we use it only to deliver your work. You keep our proposals, pricing and working materials confidential in the same way. This does not apply to information that is already public, that either of us already had lawfully, or that must be disclosed by law. Confidentiality continues after the work ends.
16. Case studies, testimonials and reviews
- We only name you, describe your project or publish your words with your written permission, which you can withdraw at any time for the future. Without it, we may describe the work only in a form that does not identify you.
- Testimonials are published as given. We may correct spelling, but we do not change the meaning. We publish all the testimonials we have permission to use, newest first, and do not choose only the positive ones.
- We may ask you for an honest review. We never offer a discount or any other benefit in exchange for a review, and we never ask for a review to be positive. If we ever offer a discount in exchange for permission to publish a case study, the proposal will say so and the case study will show it.
17. Personal data
FourSix46 Global Ltd is the data controller for the personal data you give us when you book or buy consulting (ICO registration ZC052022). The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and your rights.
Data we handle for you. If the work gives us access to personal data that you control, such as visitor data in your analytics, your customer lists or your team’s details, we handle it as your processor. We will: use it only to deliver your work and on your documented instructions; make sure anyone who handles it is bound by confidentiality; keep it secure; use only the providers named in the Privacy Policy and tell you before adding or replacing one, so you can object; tell you if we think an instruction breaks data protection law; help you respond to data protection requests and incidents; tell you without undue delay if we become aware of a breach affecting it; give you the information you reasonably need to show compliance, including allowing a reasonable audit; and delete or return it when the work ends. The proposal or scope confirmation records the subject, duration, types of data and people involved. Please give us only the access we need.
18. Our liability to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
If you are a business client
- We are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or opportunity, or for any indirect or consequential loss.
- Our total liability arising out of or in connection with any contract, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, is limited to the total fees paid or payable under that contract.
If you are a consumer
- We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen or if both of us knew it might happen when the contract was formed. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable.
- If our service is not carried out with reasonable care and skill, you can ask us to repeat or fix it, or, if that is not possible, to give you some or all of your money back.
19. Ending a project early
- You can end a project at any time by emailing us. You pay for the work done up to that point, including committed time we cannot reasonably reuse, and we refund any part of your payments not used for that work. If you are a consumer cancelling within the 14-day period in section 9, we charge only for the service actually provided.
- We can end a project by written notice if you do not pay an invoice within 14 days of a reminder, if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, or if continuing would require us to act unlawfully or unethically. In that case you pay for the work done, and we refund anything you paid for work not done.
- When a project ends, each of us returns or deletes the other’s confidential information, except records we must keep by law.
20. Events outside our control
Neither of us is responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside reasonable control, such as serious illness, power or internet outages, failures of third-party platforms or official restrictions. We will tell you promptly. If the delay lasts more than 30 days, either of us can end the affected work, and we refund anything paid for and not delivered.
21. Complaints
If you are unhappy with our work or service, please email dinesh@46dc.com or write to us at the address in section 25. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 days. If it will take longer, we will tell you why and when to expect an answer.
We do not currently use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme. If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve your complaint, you can get free advice from Citizens Advice (0808 223 1133 in England and Wales), and you keep your right to go to court.
22. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or in our services. The version in force when your contract forms applies to that contract. Changes do not apply to bookings already paid or projects already agreed unless you agree in writing.
23. General
- These terms, together with any proposal or scope confirmation for your work and the Refund Policy, are the whole agreement between us for that work. For business clients, each of us confirms that we have not relied on any statement that is not set out in them.
- You may not transfer your rights under a contract without our written consent. We may transfer our rights to another company controlled by Dinesh Koyyalamudi or to a buyer of our business, and will tell you if we do; this will not reduce your rights.
- If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest continues to apply.
- If we delay enforcing a right, we can still enforce it later.
- Only you and we have rights under these terms. Nobody else can enforce them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
- These terms are available in English only.
24. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you are a consumer living outside the UK, you keep any protection given to you by the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
